Zeneviva is an Underwater City filled with life lead by The Princess of the Sea. As the ocean water slowly rise to new heights, the people of the land can either try and escape to the sky or join the citizens of the Zenevieva. The princess is hopeful and wishes to bring the two nations together, but her long time friend is against this assimilation leading to a tense conflict.
